To think finding a well paid job is hard

So, for background I have worked for the same company for around 3 years, and I am on just under £33k for 40 hours a week, hybrid working and my manager and colleagues are all nice. I don't hate my job but it is pretty much doing admin and at the moment too many issues with product supply are making the role more complicated, and there is no way to solve this as it is outwith my department's control, it feels we just pass bad news around ALL the time. Having worked in customer facing roles before, I have always liked to be able to offer a good product and excellent customer service, but in this role I feel like I am always disappointing customers. I have had a look around and it feels like wages are going down rather than up, and I am now questioning myself if my wages are better than I think and I am deluded trying to find something better paid?. I am in my early 40's, speak 3 languages and have a degree, which tbf I only worked on for about 2 years outside the UK before moving to sales on the same industry for "betterish" pay on my mid 20's. Since then, I have worked in a few different industries as sales and customer care experience are transferrable. Feeling so deflated as I would expect with my skills, experience and age I would be at least able to command wages above 42 K. So help me out here AIBU?

Well, it is difficult to say, as it is different in different industries, but £33K for an admin role will sound very well paid to most people.

If you read a lot of MN you will get a skewed idea of what "well paid" equals of course, but you can compare yourself to many, many other people who earn less than that, often with considerably more responsibility.

I suppose the thing to look at is what better jobs you could look into applying for, with the skills you have.
