Nick kyrgios being sued

I just read that NK is being sued by the woman he complained about during the Wimbledon finals.

he said that she looked like she’d had “about 700 drinks bro” and that she was distracting him between points by talking to him.

she turns out to be a lawyer and is suing him for defamation.

AIBU to think that she is in the wrong?

Have never heard of him being ND and dont think that excuses his boorish and offensive behaviour in any case. He may be talented but his behaviour reflects very poorly on the sport - I am surprised it doesnt happen to him more often.
