Left in full view. Described as an Enclosed Porch (it isn’t)which I nominated as my safe space (I didn’t).

I have loads of neighbours who would have taken it in.

and now it has gone missing.

they took a photo which shows they lied. There is no option on their contact form today they lied. I have raised it with the people who sent it.

I have also had Handed to resident or put through door on other occasions. Also lies.

You have not had the goods. Can you get a chargeback from your bank?

I find if you contact the retailer they often take it up with courier and send you a replacement (next even use a different courier for this sometimes).

The company policy for a lot of couriers now is to leave on the doorstep, they can class it as 'non-contact' so they don't even bother to ring the bell. They often just take a photo. Frustrating but the company support it so the driver will do it as it's quick.

Evri - formerly Herpes would be my guess - say no more.

My postperson asked me to sign for something yesterday. It absolutely threw me!

With all the lies, it's got to be Herpes. I had: we tried to deliver - but you were out. We were unable to access the address. Your parcel has been delayed, and my favourite - the business wasn't open (it's a private house) whatttt! (no reason, or fucks given). I WAS IN EVERY TIME!
Eventually it happened but it has put me off using any retailer that uses Herpes (sorry, I meant the fragrant Evri).
