I recently bought a set of Tefal Ingenio pans for our induction hob and love the versatility.

(I did pick them up in an Amazon Prime Day deal, cheaper than they currently are, so keep an eye on pricing)

I use my ordinary stainless steel saucepans. My Le Crueset casserole dishes work fine as well.

The only pan I bought specifically was a non-stick frying pan but only because the old one was wrecked.

I also have the tefal iginio pan, love them. Always coming up on offer and often available at tefal outlets at McArthur glen if you’re near one

I particularly like the storing lids, cool pan and contents, insert lid and in the fridge for later, easy to store as the handles are separate

We got ours from Sainsbury's. Much cheaper than elsewhere, hardwearing, go in dishwasher and attractive.

I got a set of 3 pans from Lidl for £40, think the brand is Ernest something. I wanted ones without long handles, and happened to spot these. Seem to do the job.

John Lewis Home range pans ( Ie the basic ones) work really well and are not expensive . Frying pans I no longer buy expensive ones because they all give out sometime or another - better to get a medium price decent quality one & bin it when it loses it's non stick.

IKEA do great saucepans (365+ range) that can be used on induction, we’ve had them for years and they’re in great condition.

Not yet found an induction frying pan that doesn’t warp (and then doesn’t work very well) - suspect I need v expensive cast iron but haven’t invested yet.

John Lewis basics as PP, snap re fry pans.

We have these

and especially love the in built strainer in the lids.

The key with frying pans is to remember induction heats up so much quicker - never put them with oil on the top setting as they just get too hot & then warp. Go 1 or 2 below the highest heat & you won’t have the warping problem.
