About builders on a construction site building flats near my local business behaving inappropriately? Below is a screenshot of the complaint email i sent to the developers as well as the contractors. Also does anyone know the head office number for Torus housing please as they are ones building the flats at this site? I’ve tried the customer care phone number and they’ve not been very helpful

Definitely report the racism to police. That is beyond disgraceful .

Never mind complaining, I'd have been reporting it all to the police. Harassment, criminal damage, racism, threatening behaviour. None of these are legal actions.

Try and get video footage?

Of course YANBU. If they are threatening you and your staff and shouting racist abuse at passers-by, you can call the police, let alone complain to their employer.

It says on the sign funding from Ministry of Housing and Local Government so I’d look into putting a complaint in there also. They will be part of a Preferred Supplier List and this won’t go down well in terms of being offered future contracts.

So I rang considerate constructors and they suggested I forward my email that I sent to the contractors to them. So I did that and then received an email from considerate constructors, screenshots of the email are below

Can the person who said I am being unreasonable please explain why they think that? I’m not being argumentative but just don’t get how anyone could think I’m being unreasonable here

I’d try homes England and tweeting the Torus guy. I can’t imagine they would be happy about this
