So I cook really cheaply, quickly, with an emphasis on nutrition and taste. I really have found a way to make cheap meals that taste good and can be made quickly. Therefore I am producing a guide, maybe an ebook or published cookbook, let's see.
But I just want to know how much a household on a low income spends on food per week.
I want to know so that I can ensure my book guides families to use the same or less than they are spending now with what I hope will be a far higher yield of meals that provide nutrition and ease.
I'll share it here for nothing when it's done as a thank you.
It will be a book that doesn't just provide recipes, but proscribed a shopping list and meals that use all the ingredients, thus ensuring the price keeps the family fed for two weeks, possibly beyond, and ends up automating effective cooking and shopping practices into the family, thus easing the stress of the current cost of living issues.
