To assume my holiday is a write off

i appreciate this is a first world problem but I’m extremely stressed and upset. Set to go on holiday to Spain next Tuesday, my first since covid.
Yesterday it was confirmed my 5year old has chicken pox (despite having had it just before she turned 2 so wtf are the chances on this?!!) and my 21 month old has hand foot and mouth.
Now they both have time to get over their illnesses but surely they will pass it to eachother.

I don’t know what’s worse to have to cancel my holiday or worse they both recover, I can’t cancel and I go away feeling like my youngest is a ticking time bomb and next wk whilst away she’ll get chicken pox.
There’s nothing I can do so I’m not sure why I’m writing but to have a moan, for strangers to tell me stories where one sibling didn’t catch it from the other- any suggestions as to wtf I do if they are both well on our departure date, just hope my youngest isn’t incubating chickenpox?!

No youngest only has spots on her feet and hands, more blister like and in clusters. Eldests spots started on torso and back and has now spread to her face and arms- nothing on her feet or hands.

They can both present anywhere, the stereotypical patterns don't always happen in either illness. I'd assume they both have the same thing.
