So DH and I have booked a holiday and when we have got here there is no children's entertainment, I mean, literally nothing. Please tell me what you would do in this situation, website states there are day time activities and children's entertainment daily?

Did you book the hotel independently or did you get the whole holiday through a tour operator? Whoever you paid the money to for the holiday is who you should complain at. Put in a complaint now rather than when you get home so that they can’t say you didn’t give them an opportunity to resolve it.

Some of the replies on this thread are odd. The OP has paid (probably a lot of money) for something which she is looking forward and not everything promised is being provided. Get written confirmation that you have complained about this at the start of your holiday. Some holiday companies have text services you could use for this. Try not to let it spoil your holiday and chase it up for compensation when you get home.

I booked the whole holiday through a tour operator. The Jet2 reps are really helpful and she said she is chasing the hotel manager. We will still have a wonderful time obviously, just a bit of a let down when you was looking forward to something.
