DH says we should move. I agree however the kind of house we want seems unrealistic to me.

Your money will obvs go further closer to Goole than Beverley and Pocklington, and a lot will depend on the level of flood risk you are prepared to take on.

Land with flooding if you want animals is difficult.

You definitely would in Northumberland or southern Scotland but they are snapped up quick
