About a month ago was working at an outdoor event that involved a lot of walking, but in smart business dress. I was wearing flat ballet pump style shoes while walking miles and miles each day on grass. Over a week.
Immediately after my foot was sore and swollen, but just thought it was tender from the walking.
But a month on, its still sore and no better at all. If im still for a while, i struggle to weight bear on it but will of after a while to still be noticeably sore, but i can walk on it. Pain is towards the right side of the ball of my foot, on my right foot.
Im worried that ive broken a small bone in my foot but is this even possible from walking? And even if i have, is there anything they could even do about it??
