Purflo baby bed - certified for sleep was a lie

I’ve just bought one of these because it was ‘certified for over night sleep’ and then I found this:

www.asa.org.uk/rulings/weybury-hildreth-ltd-a21-1123068-weybury-hildreth-ltd.html

so purflo made you the fact that the product was certified. How can they get away with this? I want my money back!

Sorry that should say, Purflo made up the fact that the product was certified.

i think I deserve a refund on these grounds!

None of the pods are because they go against the government safe sleep guidelines.

Can you return it? Anything with those sorts of padded bumper type things is not recommended for infant sleep.

Changernamerjoker · 28/07/2022 13:09

Well I hope so, but I can’t believe they can say ‘certified for over night sleep’ and they just say ‘oops sorry we’re not certified’ that’s so misleading!

True. But many don’t advise for sleep or say you shouldn’t let them sleep, but this one said specifically ‘certified for sleep’ so I just thought this one was safe?

just Crazy they can lie like this?

Certified by who though? So dodgy. I'm glad they've been caught out.
