Prepared to be flamed by some of you

But

I just don't think I can do nothing

Few months ago a local guy was up in court for sending very very inappropriate messages to his younger niece (13)
Went to court and was found guilty

My cousins - two pretty girls in their teens
Work with him

So today they told me what he does to them on a daily basis
Asks them questions about sexual acts
Rubs up against them
Tries to grope them if they bend down
Stares at them while they are working

I felt sick hearing this
I said why not tell the boss
Well the boss and him are best friends
They are finding it all just so hard

I want to do something - send a letter ??

I don't know
But I feel sick thinking of this awful awful man 😳😳😳😳😳😞

Suspended sentence means he would go to jail if he was caught and charged with doing something else, that something else is this.
Report the scum bag to the police, but the girls are adults, they need to consent to pressing charges, it's sexual assault, and nothing less.

is the suspended sentence completed?
surely if it's suspended and he continues the same behaviour, he's at risk of prison for the original suspended sentence?

Queenie6655 · 27/07/2022 22:50

I m trying my to find out

The girls are over 18, if they are not reporting anything why are you?

FairyBatman · 27/07/2022 23:30

If the workplace has CCTV and there is footage of this the police might be able to take action against him without their statements.

I’d try and persuade them to speak up though, they might think of him as a harmless creep, but what about the next 13 year old he targets.

The girls are too afraid to say anything
