Anyone else's partners eat their snot, ear wax and sleepies? Apologies in advance for using the word sleepies that's just what I know it as (crusty bits in corner of eyes when wake up).
He thinks the fact im disgusted is unreasonable as most people do this and others don't bat an eyelid. REALLY??

No completely gross. Even once would be enough to call it a day.

Sorry but how the hell do you bring yourself to sleep with him let alone have sex.

My ex used to pick his scab and eat them.
Gross however there were so many things wrong with him that was the the least of my worries!

Happily divorced from the narcissistic abusive misogynistic arse !

If you are rightly getting the Ick for him because of this, it's game over for a physical relationship.

Don't deny that reality to yourself.

Personal habits are very important in a long term relationship.

I mean, young kids tend to do that kind of thing instinctively, but I'm pretty sure most people have grown out of it by adulthood?! And if they haven't, you'd think they'd at least have the social awareness to keep it a secret!

Once I was sitting on the floor at my friend's house watching tv as a young teen and I turned to see her mother with her foot in her mouth chewing off her toenail. This just brought that memory back. Fucking gross both of them.

I’d much rather a sweaty dick in my mouth tbh

It's not like he makes a show of doing it. It was quite a while ago I saw him with the sleepies and he kind of shrugged it off. I thought gross but it wasn't a routine I saw regularly (I know I know he was probably tucking in every day I just didn't see it).

I saw him eating snot in his car. It's reassuring that other people have witnessed people doing this!

Then last night watching tv he's just casually picking his ears and eating it. I think the ear wax is the bit that gets me the most. I can't help but think of it sticking to his teeth.

I mean I haven't witnessed him eating one after the other like a series of courses they have been separate occasions. Yet I know that it's likely a daily thing he does.

Omfg how do I get past this? Can I? I mean it's not the worst thing in the world is it but it makes me feel so sick and repulsed. Ahhhh.

It is the worst thing.

And you dump him

We've been together for 8 years and have one dc. If it was someone I'd just met it would be easier to just get rid!

We've had an argument today I've told him I posted on here and general consensus is that he is the one being unreasonable/ disgusting/filthy. I'm also unreasonable for posting about him on here. I did point out he wasn't named and shamed and if it wasn't a big deal why was he even bothered where it was broadcast. Won't go into finer details.
Thank you all for your comments. As gross has this has been I really appreciate knowing it's not an overreaction on my part!
