I wouldn't recommend having a bonfire while everything is so dry

I've moved into an area where all they seem to do is light bonfires stinking my house out. One day we were having a barbecue kids out playing in the garden when they decided to do it. It was so bad had to bring kids in as you just couldn't see anything from the smoke. We have very loudly and verbally said kids in bonfire again why can't it be done at night and they seem to have changed it to late evenings which is much better.

My husband does occasional bonfires (very rarely) but he is the type of person who would never do it if he thought it was bothering the neigbours. So I think it is worth asking politely.

Bonfires, sex ponds (hot tubs), outdoor bars, trampolines, wind chimes, paddling pools, parties, loud music, squealing kids.

A delightful Summer in Suburbia. Add more if you like....

😄😄 power tools - it's outdoor DIY time, hooray!

Thought getting it out early would be least risky. Another neighbour has constant BBQs so hoped to get washing in before they had one. Funnily enough they haven't had one... Yet.
