To think I have a genuine health issue?

I'm 48 and on hrt for the last year.
Things seem to have settled down hormonally.
My issue is that after eating my stomach dos tends to that of a lady who could be seven months pregnant.
It's not painful but uncomfortable.
I was recently quite constipated but that has sorted itself out with a one off laxative.
I used to drink a bottle of wine nightly for about 4-5 nights per week.
I gave that up a week or two ago.
My sleep is broken and I feel exhausted with the odd headache.
I also feel a bit shaky at times.
I've had this bloating for the last week or two, coinciding with me giving up alcohol.
Is there something wrong with me?
The osteopath I attend for sacral and
Lumbar issues believes that there is some gynaecology issues going on ie fibroids perhaps.
I have a congested feeling low down in my abdomen, intermittent hormonal related bleeding and often after finishing weeing, there will be a dribble; almost like a pressure wee if that makes sense.
Any thoughts please?

Sounds like a lot may be alcohol withdrawal

Alcohol withdrawal?

Would that explain bloating ? That is def my major issue. I take a cut b complex every day along with other supplements but have mislaid them and have met had them in a week.
And I can't bear caffeine either .. it's odd.

Go to GP OP, some indications for further investigations there.

I don't want to be alarmist but bloating is one of the (very few) symptoms of ovarian cancer. Ask your GP for blood tests to screen for common cancer markers (CA125 is the one for ovarian cancer, as I know from bitter experience). Good luck! It may well be nothing (and congratulations on kicking the booze), but it's a lot better to be safe than sorry.
