Hi, so for the past two days I’ve had really bad stomach pain. Mostly to the right upper hand side. But it spreads. GP appointment booked for 9.30 call back.
The pain is always there - but when I vomit, it feels like my stomach is being strangled. So when this happens and I either go to be sick, or I’m vomiting, it feels like someone is strangling me and I’m going to pass out - nothing to do with my neck! It feels like it’s my stomach. Not sure if that makes sense? it’s horrific and worse than childbirth
My question is, does this warrant A&E even though I’m only in excruciating pain when the strangulation feeling comes on?
