With a spinal block
do you get pain / sensitivity in your back when it’s touched? If anyone so much as brushes past my back it sends a sharp unbearable pain through me. It’s just really sensitive.

anyone else?

@ThreeLittleDots wouldn’t nerve damage cause it to be numb? Or I’d be paralysed etc.

@ChubbyButt what was the outcome for you?

I've had two sections, latest one was four weeks ago, but never experienced this.

I had a spinal block for my second c-section. I totally relate to what you said. The needle site remained very painful and sensitive for years. Couldn't bear it being touched no matter how lightly.

Then about six or seven years later I realised the pain had gone. Very odd.

No I don’t experience what you get but I do get very bad back ache, not sure if it’s spinal block related or something entirely different.

Nerve damage can cause any altered sensations including numbness, pain or sensitivity
