Not sure how tax works for multiple jobs?

I'm signed up to a couple of different agencies. Been with a job for a few weeks and have just been paid for 2 weeks' work, £702.
£702 was my gross pay but also the amount I've received in my account, haven't paid a penny of tax or NI, is that right?
For one of my other jobs that I do once a week I hardly pay any tax on that either, paid weekly.
I know the 1257L code is split between jobs, just doesn't seem right that I haven't paid tax on these jobs? If someone had a better idea than me that would be great.

I did fill in all the new starter HMRC forms required.
With the other job I do once a week, I used to do it around 3 days a week and paid tax then, however I'm paying nothing now it's weekly. Making about £130 a week.

Have a look at the tax codes on the payslips. They may both be using the same tax code. They should not be both using 1257L as you completed the New Starter Form but mistakes can happen.

HMRC will catch up with it eventually and issue new tax codes.

You can check what is showing on Personal Tax Account. It can take a while for new employers to show, but once they do then you can complete a Wrong Tax Code form to alert HMRC, or call them (if you have the patience).

Not sure which payroll week we are at, think it is 9 or 10. Lets say week 10.

£12570 full allowance (check what your allowance is, it may be different).
/52, x10
£2417.30
If your total pay since 6th April is less than that, and all the tax codes being used are cumulative (so not a code with W1 or M1), then there would be no Income Tax.
For National Insurance, that is calculated per job, if you earn less than £190 per week in a job, then Class 1 NI would be zero. From 6th July that rose to £242 per week.

So it is possible that you have no Income Tax and no NI to pay at the this time.

So your weekly income is £350 plus £130, so £480.

Times by 52 weeks is £7110 so under the tax threshold. So no tax payable.

Thanks for these replies! Shows how clueless I am!

Have you signed up to the online personal tax account in Gov.uk, link is in @nannynick post. I have a couple of different pensions and I also used to work part time and found it all a lot easier to understand from looking at this, what was going on and how much tax I was paying, also you can log in and get any rebates due put quickly into your bank account.

Eh? 480x52=£24,960

Were you working before you started this job? If not.. this will affect the calculation and you will be taxed on what you are exoected to earn for the total year.

Use this calculator to work out how much you should be paying..

www.tax.service.gov.uk/estimate-paye-take-home-pay/your-results?csrfToken=b961afe27b9667026e8005439c3401473478eca0-1657520818845-973e79d081165e187021e293

You might have to recalculate..

So it could be because you were not working before or because the tax code is being applied to both jobs in full when it should be split. 340L to one and 917L to the other..

You could put aside the amounts on the calculator so you are not hit with a really low net pay when it is corrected.
