To be very worried and panicked about light pink blood on toilet paper after urinating?

Just that. Only happened once earlier today. I've peed since and it's been normal. I don't have any typical UTI symptoms like burning or pain. I intend to call my GP tomorrow first thing but on the meantime any insight welcome as I'm freaking out over bladder cancer and whatnot. I'm female aged 30.

I’d be more inclined to speak to your GP about your anxiety than a potential UTI.

it’s a tiny bit of blood, happens to most if not all women at some point when they wipe

What absolute bollocks. I have had some symptoms of ovarian cancer and, although the blood test came back negative, the Drs are taking signs of blood when I wipe VERY seriously. I have 3 upcoming hospital appointments for scans of my bladder, kidneys, ovaries and a colonoscopy.

I am very grateful for the the thoroughness of the NHS.

It’s absolutely not normal for anyone to have blood in their urine. If I hadn’t caught it when I had my diagnosis would’ve been far worse. Far better to be anxious and catch something quickly. Keep your dangerous opinion to yourself please. They aren’t helpful.
