To ask for your hospital woo?

I'm a lurker on the other woo thread and saw a few posts from people who've worked at hospitals and had spooky experiences.

I made this thread as someone commented on making a hospital woo kind of thread and also I'd really would love to hear people's stories working at hospitals, care homes, maybe even doctors surgeries of things they've experienced. Please post any story you have experienced or someone you know. The more stories the better. I really want to hear them as I can imagine hospitals are creepy places in certain areas, especially morgues. 👻

When my DM went to visit her very sick DM in hospital, my DGM was quite out of it on painkillers, but suddenly started complaining that my other DGM (my DF's DM) wasn't saying hello to her.

My DM was trying to tell her that she wasn't there, but my DGM was adamant and saying "Of course she is, she's right there, talking on the phone!" and pointing at a bed opposite.

At that point my DM's blood ran cold as my DGM had pointed at the exact bed my other DGM had died in only the week before.

My DM hadn't told her that she'd died (as she was too unwell to really take the news in) and they hadn't been in the same ward at the same time, so she had no reason to know she'd even been there.

My Mum is the least "woo" person I know and it totally freaked her out. She mentioned it at the nurses station on the way out and the nurse sort of shrugged in a way that suggested it wasn't the first time she'd heard such a story.
