Have many of you have been married more than once?

I have been, married first when I was 31, divorced at 36. Remarried to my current DH when I was 39. I have no kids.

What about you?

I'm really sorry to read this. Life can be cruel at times. I hope you're doing ok. I have also been married twice and can't imagine going for a third but I never say never I suppose!

Married at 25, separated at 33. I'm 35 soon and we'll probably be divorced in the next year or so. 2 kids. Have no intention of getting married again or having more children.

Married at 26, lots of children, pulled marriage back from the brink a couple of times, divorced at 41. Remarried at 44, no more children although I acquired some stepchildren, second marriage has almost outlasted first marriage and is much better.

I didn't expect to be remarried so quickly, but I liked being part of a couple and was open to being a step parent (subject to my own children's approval) and DH was too, and we just happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Married at 20, divorced at 30. Married at 42, divorced at 52.
3 kids, now adults. Won't bother again- both husbands cheated

Married at 29 and divorced at 38 - absolutely wonderful, kind and lovely man but just became totally platonic. No kids and still good friends 6yrs later.

Married again at 40, 2 gorgeous children. So happy and incredibly lucky.

Twice, two divorces by age 40. I won't be bothering again.

Married three times. Divorced three times. Never again!!

Married at 19 , divorced at 33 .
Married 2nd DH at 46 .

Married at 21, divorced at 37, 1 child.

Thinking about a civil partnership now.

Married at 24, 3DC (eldest born before we got married), divorced at 31. Will marry DP at some point, have DC and DSC and will prob have another together at some stage. If it doesn’t work out with DP then absolutely no way I’d get married again.

Married at 20, split at 30 divorced at 32.
Married at 36 - still married 14 years on.

Married at 28. Separated at 30. Divorced at 33 and remarried same year. Still married at 38

Married at 23, 2 kids, widowed at 35. Remarried at 49. 2nd marriage for both of us.

Married at 25, not a great marriage, separated at 52.

Married again at 57, widowed 8 months later at 58.

Married 30, 2 DC divorced 39. Married DH at 42 still married at 45 and totally blissful. No DC together but gained a lovely DSS.

First marriage was dead in the water after second DC and exDH's drink driving conviction. But had a 2 year old and a 4 month old so stayed. Took me 5 years to leave. Ex DH had a massive stroke 3 months ago due to alcohol. So glad I got out when I did.
I was already good friends with DH- we both got divorced in the same year and it just fell into place. I had loved him in secret for yonks! ❤️❤️

Married at 23. Still married over 40 years later. DTs.

Divorced, then widowed with children, then divorced. Never again!

Got together at 19, married at 25 and split at 32. Took until I was 38 to get divorced. 3 children.
I met my second husband when I was 35, got married again at age 39. We are exceptionally happy still 4 years later.

Married at 30, been married 20 years. If Dh died I would not marry again.

bloodywhitecat that is a terribly short second marriage. I am so sorry :(

Married for the first time at 21, divorced at 24 - he turned out to be abusive. Remarried at 26 to the love of my life. We have three children and have just celebrated our 33rd anniversary.

Married at 22 for three years. Then again at 33 for three years. Not doing it again.

Married at 18, divorced by 21; remarried at 25, we separated when I was 31 but the actual divorce took a few more years. I had a dc to each of them, plus one other dc. Haven’t dated since I split from husband no. 2 (8 years ago).
