Occupational health appointment for anxiety - AIBU to be nervous?

I've had to take some time off from work recently due to anxiety, and as part of my return to work process I am having a Zoom call with an occupational health/rehabilitation person. I've given them permission to access my medical records and have been told the call will be around an hour long. It's with a third party my employer referred me to.

Has anyone had a similar kind of appointment and could explain what it was like or, alternatively, if anyone works in this kind of area or is a line manager and has experience of what to expect I'd really appreciate it.

I'm really nervous about it and keep worrying about the different outcomes. I'm worried they will say I'm not fit for work at all, or worried they will say I'm not anxious enough to have needed time off which I know must be the anxiety talking as both of those outcomes are at complete opposite sides of the spectrum.

I had something similar once and was really nervous about it (and it was part of a recruitment process so I convinced myself it meant they’d withdraw the job offer!). In fact it was fine. The doctor was very professional and just asked me about my condition, how I was at present, what my coping strategies were, and what if any support I felt I needed. Then wrote a very positive report.
