What are people getting their children's teachers for the end of term if you are so inclined?

I have used All for 1 cards lots of times, you don’t have to spend the exact amount..?

I love getting gifts from my children (nursery nurse), maybe I’m superficial but who cares!

For my children’s class we do a John Lewis voucher from the class.

All for 1 cards are awful, you can't spend the end of them!

Always club together here and give vouchers for the local shopping centre or Amazon plus something relevant to the teacher.

DH is a teacher and he gets bottles of wine (doesn't drink wine so thanks from me!), and mostly vouchers for JL or sports stores.

A quick Google reveals a huge number of negative reviews.

My son always talks to his class about his hobbies so he got a lot of cycling related gifts last year. However, grateful as he is for all the chocolates, after shave and wine, what he really appreciates are home made cards from the children and letters of appreciation from the parents. I agree very strongly with Philosophigal.

I would say also as office staff we often have your back, pass on messages, look after kids when you are late, make sure you get letters , texts organise tickets for concerts school trips etc and watch the well deserving teachers stagger out loaded up and no one thinks to even do a thank you card.
