Taking 3 year old to fitness class? Selfish partner?

We have 2 kids 10 and 3.
He never has the kids alone unless I'm at work and that's for 3 hours mornings.
I go to a fitness class at 9 am till 10 am twice a week and that was my hour to myself.
Now my partner has said that is his only chance to go to the gym ..so our 3 year old has to come to the fitness class with me.
It's literally the only break I get.
Aibu to think he is being a bit selfish?
I don't even believe he does anything at the gym.
I just think he can't be bothered

On the days he does 12-10pm he does the childcare in the morning? So he can’t go then. What about the days he starts at 5pm?

Just trying to work out if he has a point or not. (Either way, you both should have the chance for the gym/exercise time so you need to just work out a way you both get an equal amount.)

He never does childcare
If I'm at work they are at my dads.
The only time he has the youngest was when I did fitness classes.
Yet when I'm at work he doesn't go to the gym as he has nobody to drive him there.

there’s plenty of government support in the U.K. so you don’t need to stay in an unhappy relationship. Plenty.

Fuck that. Is there a reason he doesn't drive or has he just never learnt because of the ongoing pattern of him being a lazy, useless man child?

I very much doubt you'll be able to bring your 3 year old anyway.
If he wants to go to the gym child free, I suggest he pays for a creche. He can drop off/ pick up.

Have you looked into what benefits you'd be entitled to? Plus maintenance?
