How long is considered rude to respond to a text?

I tend to reply in 48 hours.

A friend took 2 weeks to respond to my message when she responded in a separate group chat we’re in and was posting on Instagram in those two weeks. I think that’s pretty inconsiderate.

If I waited two weeks to reply no way would I remember!!

To be honest, if someone has taken two weeks to respond, they are probably trying to give you a message. They don't want to go. But don't want to have the conversation about it. Just hoping that if they take ages to respond, you might get the hint.
