V low carb and high protein all week lost 4lb! Had my treat of chocolate today and my god now I want burger and chips!

If you stick with it you'll feel so good
I hate that feeling of waking up with the 'oh, God, I did something bad' memory and remembering I ordered pizza and undid my progress!

DH is dieting and I make him homemade burgers. The last one I made, he actually asked if it was shop bought because it was so good.

I use 5% lean mince, one onion, one egg and 'season all' seasoning. Mix it all together into a ball, cut the ball in 4 and use my burger press (Amazon).

He'll either have salad, wedges or homemade chips with it.

I don't eat meat so I can't comment on the taste but apparently they're really good and hit the spot!

Kebab? Shish, lots of salad, half of the pita?

I've got GD and can manage a kebab every now and again.

It depends. My downfall is carb binge eating. So l know that having a burger and chips won't there.

I wouldn't have the burger and chips - no. You will just feel cross with yourself tomorrow .

If you want a takeaway have tikka / shaslick from the Indian with salad or cauliflower rice if you have it. Alternatively have a vegetable side dish with it.

Alternatively make yourself a really chunky burger and have with salad and 'alternative' chips eg butternut squash, celeriac.
