Had an appointment today with ds new headteacher, checked in at Reception and then heard the Receptionist phone through to let her know I had arrived.
A woman arrived and asked if she could see the head for a few mins about her GD the Receptionist said she would ask.

Head came out and looked at both of us and the woman said can I speak to you for a couple of minutes please? The Head asked me if that was OK.I said I'd like to be seen first please as ive got to be elsewhere after this. The woman wasn't happy and asked how long we would be.
Was she an entitled CF or should I have let her go first as she only needed "a couple of minutes"?

I think the head should have said to her, I’m afraid I’ve got an appt now and showed you in, not asked you!

Definitely this!

I don't think she was cheeky to ask but the head was definitely cheeky to pass the responsibility on to you!
