Shamelessly posting for traffic sorry.
The wraps I planned to have with lunch have gone horribly green.
I have all the flours and ingredients, including yoghurt and oils.
I can make all the yeasty things, but I want a really basic flatbread that requires little or no rising.
Google is giving me a fucking headache tbh.
HELP

Easy peasy one I did yesterday, 1.5 cups of self raising flour and 1 cup of Greek yoghurt, mix together, knead it a bit, add some flour if looking too wet. Divide into small balls and then roll out, put into a hot skillet/frying pan, boom 5 wraps done ready to go.

Equal amount of self raising flour to natural yogurt. Pinch of salt. Pat out flat on an oiled surface and then dry fry for a few minutes each side. I then dip them in melted butter with garlic and herbs. Enjoy!

One cup of plain yogurt, two cups of flour, bit of salt.
Kneed until elastic. Rest for a bit. Roll out and cook in a dry pan for a few secs each side.

Should have known I'd be too slow! Sounds like I've misremembered the flour/yogurt ratio too 🙄
Always works best with as much moisture as possible. Almost-but-not-quite sticky.

Tortilla recipe: 250g plain flour, 2 tablespoons veg oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 150ml water. Mix that lot together, knead until you have a smooth ball of dough (do it on a floured surface, else it'll be a sticky mess). Leave it to relax for 15 mins, then divide into 6 balls, roll out very thinly - again on a floured board - then heat a frying pan (no oil) and cook each individually on both sides until you get toasty brown spots. HTH!

Oh thank you all so much. Much simpler than bloody Google with its billion varieties. Right, will have a go and report back.

I just bung flour in a bowl and add warm water and a pinch of salt and a glug of olive oil. Mix and knead (adding more liquid or flour depending on how it feels).

Roll out in roundish shapes and add to hot, dry pan. When the uncooked top starts bubbling flip it over.

Sometimes I mix yogurt, herbs, garlic etc depending on what we’re having.

I make roti with half strong white flour , half wholemeal, pinch of salt then water to bind, , knead 1-2 mins until smooth, leave for 5 mins then roll out.
