Posted on doghouse but reposting here for traffic as would love some thoughts/advice, asap!

Found a cheap dog friendly air bnb by the sea last minute, looks perfect.
Would be going tomorrow, for 2 nights.

It's about a 2 hr drive from us.
We have a Lab pup 7 months old, and DD 8 yrs old.

We are super keen as never got away in half term and havent been anywhere for AGES. No significant holidays since Covid.

But i am worried about taking a young pup (who is a bit of a chewer!) to an air b n b.

Worried about what she may do to the air bnb, how/where she'll sleep (would take crate), the journey (she's not done that long in the car) and just all the faff of packing everything last minute for pup, and us etc.

Am I over thinking (usually I am!!)
Should we just go and be spontaneous and not worry? If we didnt have pup we would go for sure.

Plenty of time to get Doggy Hols Bag sorted then! Solves the problem of “I didn’t pack the poo bags, I thought you packed the poo bags!”
Our previous dog didn’t come away with us until she was 4 and she was also fine, Labs are very adaptable.
