Picked them up reduced, money saving, making a curry
I've seen Saturday Kitchen - pull the skin off (save it for a crispy skin garnish) remove the bone i.e gently pull it out.
Chop chicken thigh.
6 thighs, one cut thumb, one cut finger and measly chicken portions vs chunky bones later...
I've just bunged the lot into the oven to brown. Will whack it in slow cooker and make my lovely curry from vegetables 😭
To be fair I don't have the sharpest of knives (I'm not the sharpest of knives?)
