Anger Management techniques

Posting here for traffic so apologies for that…

do you have any books, audiobooks or techniques to manage your anger?

i am constantly angry, for such a long time, everything and everyone aggravates me, smallest thing can trigger me to snap and be rude to DH, DP and others. It’s tiring. I dont know the reason. Usually i know there is no reason for my reactions and my anger but i cant control it no matter how bad i try. I have a 1.5 yrs old toddler and its the last call to change it because i never want him to suffer like that and be angry when he is older and i feel i cant teach him proper reactions and how to deal with any sort of things when everything just makes me angry.

i was in touch with gp some time ago and they referred me to get a therapy, but therapist decided its an anxiety etc and i had an online “self” therapy using their programme and a catch up call every two weeks but i didnt feel like its for me (i did stick to it to the last session but no changes). I could go to a group therapy or one to one face to face as was on maternity, with no help (husband works 12 hrs shift and is practically never home and the sessions were at set time and date). Its still the case and i wont be able to attend any sessions besides the online ones and also cannot afford any private therapy.
