Can you order contact lens online?

I used to have a contract for monthly contact lens with Specsavers but I just can't keep up with their constant contact lens checks requirements. I know I should attend them but it's not easy for me to get to a store so every once in a while they stop delivery of my lenses till I can make the appointment again.

Anyway, is it possible to order them online? I think I have a prescription from last year or from 2020. Don't they need to check your eyes first for sizing or something?

My prescription is quite straightforward. I don't need tauric or any other speciality lens (though I am quite severely myopic)

Please gat an eye check, I didn't as I worked 50 hours a week and was a Carer. I had to have eye surgery, and was blind in one eye for 12 weeks and was at risk of losing my vision altogether.
If I had gone for my eye check it wouldn't have been as bad, now I'm left with low vision all for the sake of not having time for an eye check :(
