Im a SAHM to three/four kids. Time effort and money(within reason) is not a problem but eating the same food week in week out is making me fell urgh. we seem to live on bolognese, chicken, chigacotown pizzas, chips, rice, pasta. All very beige. We are not huge meat eaters so stuff like stakes and gammon are ate about once twice a year in our house. So whats everyones favorite go too meals.

Pork and cider casserole with dumplings

Ooh I love these.

Yesterday we had kebabs from the take away (bad day)
Today: lamb rumps from the butchers with salad and cous cous
Wednesday: burgers (we always have these on a Wednesday which is a hangover from when I was doing my masters, got back late and DP would just shove something in the oven ready for being home)
Thursday: Freezer tea
Friday: pizzas
Saturday: honey and sriracha pork with stir fry veg and sesame seeds
Sunday: chilli con carne

A random assortment this week really. We generally eat on the regular:
-stir fry
-fajitas
-sausage casserole
-pasta bake
-spaghetti with various things mixed in
-risotto
-stroganoff
-curry

Tonight we are having a pre-marinaded chicken from Sainsburys (this is a peri peri spatchcock one). We have it with flatbread, salad and chips. Easy and delicious.

I had that last week it’s really delicious!

Tonight we had homemade burgers (mince and spices in bowl then mold into shape) with corn on the cob and sweet potato chips.
At the moment I have a fridge full of salads (this time I made coleslaw, potato salad and pasta salad) and choose something to go with it every night, Spanish omelette, minty lamb steaks, chicken skewers and wraps, pan fried chorizo and halloumi.
Firm favourites at the moment also are pulled pork (I stick pork shoulder in the slow cooker and leave it all day), pasta bake, roast chicken, sweet potato and chickpea curry.

We had bacon and mushroom rissoto tonight. It's one of my typical week night meals that I can just bung in the pressure cooker.
I think I'm doing sausage and mash tomorrow.
I'm bored of all food.

Cottage pie, cottage pie, cottage pie

A bit boring eating this all the time, but it's the one meal the little fellow will eat without any problem whatsoever, so it trumps anything else for us.
