My daughter is "always unwell'

I'm getting annoyed by my sisters comments that my almost 3yo dd is always unwell! I went to visit my family and I left dd at home as she was unwell, just a cold, but me and DD have recently gotten over a tummy bug so this comment annoyed me, AIBU?

It depends on her intent behind the comment.
I've probably made similar comments about my nephew because he is generally always unwell. He is in that time where he is getting used to preschool illness so is always picking something or other up.

I wouldn't be saying it as an insult, or because I think something is wrong with him, just as a general observation that the kid has a permanent cold currently.

On a side note pre children, everytime I saw my niece and nephew id get ill. They would have picked up every cold from school, general kid related groups etc they'd have some immunity to it, their parents also must have, however as someone who wasn't mixing in those circles I would. It was almost like clock work, everytime I made the trip to see them (they live 4 hrs away) I'd be coming back with something

I never blamed them and now I'm in similar circumstances I don't get ill off my own kids as much, but I'm sure others do
