For thinking you only need to prove being fully vaccinated for Spain

Hi,

We go to Spain today and I'm anxious I've somehow read it wrong because Ryanair is asking for proof of a covid vaccine for my 9 year old (who hasn't had it).

The way I'm reading it is those over 12 need to prove they are fully vaccinated (and if not do the other stuff) and that's it and then if you're under 12 you don't need anything apart from your passport?

Have I read it right?

Thanks, I know I sound stupid but I feel really anxious about being turned away!

Correct. If the adults 2nd dose was more than 270 days ago, you will need a booster to be fully vaxxed.

the 9yo needs nothing

I just flew RyanAir and although I had the app ready to prove my vaccination, no one asked to see it at any point either on departure or landing.

So I don't think they're really that fussed anyway.

Just been to Spain with our10 year old and no vaccine required for her. We were asked for the Spanish health form thing (we had the ap) for proof adults were vaccinated at check in, but that was it. Not Ryan air though

Spanish health form not required

I’m hoping this will all change soon as it’s so stressful wondering whether to book in case turned away at the airport.
