The BOE thought it was a blip & didn't think it would peak at the level we are now at. We know that energy bills are going up in Oct but i've read they are going to rise again next year or at least not reduce. Food & other costs are increasing and normally when costs of goods go up they don't normally go back down. Does that mean we are stuck with these high prices & lower standard of living?
