To pay for boiled water ?

Not sure if I’m being unreasonable went to McDonald’s ordered my food and then also asked for some boiled water to make baby’s bottle, the girl came back and said no we can’t give you it , then went away again and said she could if I paid for it , I’ve never had this before in costa / Starbucks etc .

How much did they even charge surely its not that much and your making a bottle with it , but for all they know you could of been making tea or coffee

If I understand this though, this isn't heating a bottle. It's asking for boiling water to make the bottle up.

I'm afraid I wouldn't trust that the water would have come from a sterile container. Regardless of cost, it's not worth the risk.
