An old flame I've known for years got in touch recently, talking lots.. all great.. then we had a date on the weekend which resulted in sex.

Not only did he fail to mention the fact he had a virus until after he kissed me, he is now ghosting me.

AIBU to think he's an arsehole or is that just my bruised ego and me feeling sorry for myself because all I got for my troubles is a damn bug

More than one positive test for any variant of Covid-19 within a 90-day time period are considered to be part of the same case episode, and if you test positive a matter of weeks after first getting a positive test it is more likely this is from the residual effects of the initial infection.

I had Covid twice in two months. And it wasn't the same infection

You can’t have been that concerned about catching a virus if you kissed him, then he told you about the virus, and then you had sex with him.

Yes that thought had occurred, however we've slept together many many times when we were dating before and he was never anything but complementary.

I can only conclude that he doesn't find me as attractive now I've put on some weight, not an enormous amount, but I've gone from a 10 to a generous 12. He did make a comment about my "sexy big arse"

I don't tend to sleep with people I don't find attractive though so it's beyond me why he bothered. Maybe he was just desperate

Oh and as I said, he didn't mention the flu until after we had been intimate.
