How can I stop my neighbours climbing my fence?

Paint the fence often for the next few months, do it early before they come out & when they moan tell them that is why you kept on telling them to not climb the fence. Put a wet paint sign on your side to cover yourself as well.

Kids and adults. Who knows why? Is it not anti social to put anti climb spikes on?
Silly question but I take it, it's in the back garden? Have you asked them to stop?

Anti-social is trespassing into your neighbors' property without asking. If you use anti-cat spikes, it's okay if it's your fence and not their side. However, if you use anti-climbing/intruder deterrent spikes, you have to put a warning up that they're there. The same with anti-climbing paint, it needs a visible warning notice.

If you put them up it could be quite expensive and the cats find a way to get over them anyway (personal experience) as they don't hurt them.

You could just try and bluff by putting bright yellow CCTV stickers in all windows that face into the garden. Perhaps actually buy a cam. I got my Tipo cam from argos for £24. Just needs a memory stick if you want to record. You can also get notices when it's been activated.
