AIBU to want a second baby when first is only 5 months !

Since I gave birth to my gorgeous baby I have been desperate for a second . I love DS so much but now want another baby !!!

I’m 33. Husband is 52.
If I want another baby I don’t want to leave it before hubby gets too much older .

We don’t have loads of money so it will
Be tight if we have a second but I believe we will
Be able to tighten belts and then once both babies are school and we have no nursery we will
Be ok.

AIBU to have another baby so soon ???

It’s normal to be really broody after having a baby. That doesn’t mean it’s a good idea but with your partners age I don’t know how you can wait really….

I got broody when dc1 was 6 months, colic finally over and he was sleeping through. Took me 3 months to conceive dc2. It was bloody hard, I had many “what have I done” moments in the first year or two, but once they started playing with each other life was perfect

There's 22 months between my dc. There was 18 months between me and my sister. I'd go for it. So glad I had mine close together. No regrets at all.

Go for it! My dd had only a 15 month gap between 1 and 2. Hard work at first, but brilliant later, such good friends, play together, like doing a lot of the same things, and are often cuddled up in bed together.
Also, maybe she was lucky, but number one was apparently too young to be jealous of the baby - she couldn’t remember never having him, so to speak.

There’s 14 months between my two youngest. It was hard being pregnant with a small baby. I breast fed my baby until I was 8 months c pregnant and was completely exhausted. Saying that I think it would be harder with a demanding 3/4 year old and being pregnant. Thet are 15 and 16 now and its nice then being so close in age.
