Can I accept an offer on my house but still allow this weekends viewings

My house has been on the market for a couple of weeks and I have had an offer from a guy who made a low offer then a second offer just below the guide price.. I said I would accept his offer but wanted to honour 2 viewings for tomorrow after which, if no other offers are forthcoming I would formally accept and take the house of the market.
My agent is pressuring me not to allow the 2 viewings to go ahead and take the house off the market.( I think because of pressure from the guy who made the offer, saying he's very assertive)
Am I being unreasonable?

This happened with my daughter she accepted a supposibly cash offer and agreed to take it off the market , meanwhile the buyer delayed a further 6 months till a bond was paid out to them in order to buy it!!! She could have sold it for the full asking price to someone who would have been able to move faster if she had allowed other buyers to view , the only reason she accepted the first offer was because she thought the sale would go through quickly. Does this buyer have a mortgage offer in place or need to sell their property first?

If someone says they are a cash buyer it is perfectly possible to ask for a solicitor’s undertaking that they have cleared funds in their account.
