To take new job?

Hi all,
After some opinions and advice.

I'm a single mum to 2 girls (5 & 2). Currently work 3 days a week, 1 day on the office and the other 2 days at home. Fairly 'easy' job, leave the work at work from 5pm so to speak and don't think about it until the next day/next week.
It's very convenient with hybrid working as I can take/pick up 5yo daughter from school twice a week, and the other day she goes to breakfast and after school club at my 2yo DD nursery (she goes 3 full days to nursery).

I have been offered a new job, still 3 days a week but at the office every day, which means 5yo DD would need to go to breakfast and after school club 3 days a week instead of 1.

Job I'm in now pros:
convenient for childcare, easy work, OK pay, gives me experience. Good HR system in place.

Cons: the work isn't very interesting, not a long term job for me. Have to commute via public transport as its city centre (can take up to an hour each way)

New job pros: exactly what I want to be doing long term, better pay. Free car park (around 30 mins commute each way)

Cons: solely office based, no hybrid working which means kids in childcare for longer.

mum guilt is kicking me knowing they will both be in childcare longer than necessarily needed

Please help:

Take it. Your daughters will benefit from seeing you happy in your job, and it will give them something to aspire to.

What would you say to one of your daughters if she asked the same question?

Definitely take the new job!

I'm not sure which way to vote, sorry.

The new work place do you know what turn over is like?
Would your current work place have you back if things went wrong?

I'd be really careful moving jobs, as much as it seems an Employee market and I'm aware no job is for life these days, looking at a job board today I'm surprised how many jobs that were advised in December 21 are back being re-advertised.

Last week I said to my Senior I couldn't imagine now not working at home (if you'd said to me this time last year work from home, I'd have been like nope! I'm totally weird I now quite like home working) even with salaries rising for non-remote jobs round this way, I don't think I would be swayed. (well unless I lose my current job and have no choice)

Take the new job. I was in the same job for 18 years as it was "easy" and ridiculously flexible. I started a new job 8 months ago and kick myself every day that I didn't do it sooner. (I have a 10 and 11 year old)
