You’ve got covid, we get it!

No one is even obliged to isolate so why we need a daily update on your isolation status, I’ll never know.

Sorry rant over, just sick of my SM being 50% LFT photos 😂

I thought this was about NFTs for some reason. LFTs are called antigen tests here Grin I agree though, completely unnecessary. NFTS too.

Nobody in England needs to isolate, so shouldn't even be testing, let alone posting the stupid photos! Testing just needs to stop - it is pointless.

@BakedTattie

In Scotland we still have to isolate.

Why do you care so much about what other people share on their own social media?

Not strictly true. It has only ever been guidance to isolate when positive in Scotland. It was never actually made law. They just used language in such a way that people assumed that it would be illegal not to isolate.

But not all employers want people to come in if they test positive, so some people still do test.

I don't really see the issue. Annoying if it's accompanied by massive attention-seeking commentary, but if not, it's as quick a way as anything else of letting people know you're out of action for a bit. Personally, given DD is the age where she picks up everything that's going round, I also appreciate people who bother to post when their kids have chicken pox/hand foot and mouth/ whatever, so I can prepare.
