To ask: should I give up sugar, caffeine, or carbs?

I'm a sleep deprived kid addled mess and my lifestyle and diet are poor. I feel like shit a lot of the time. I feel like I need to knock at least one of these on the head but can't manage all at once as I pretty much subsist on these three things 😆

Which one will make me feel better fastest?

Sugar IS carbs. Don't take out caffeine if you're sleep deprived. Don't take out carbs else you'll be tired AND depressed. Just eat healthier, complex carbs, protein, veg, water, you know all the normal boring stuff. But don't give up caffeine at this point.
