Hi posting for traffic

DS 3 is 5 in June and i was going to have a soft play for the class but he says he doesn't want whole class. Therefore trying to get inspiration of what can do with 14. We are in London suburbs and fortunate to have a decent garden and space inside but not sure what entertainment would work best at that age. Not keen on just a bouncy castle as could be really hot and burning on castle. Any ideas?

My dd was a sept baby so her 5th was small with nursery friends as hadn't made school friends and my eldest ds had whole class for 5th.

I'm asking so early as had to book ds 10 one months in advance!

Thanks

Do you have a trampoline park nearby? They are usually good. Or why can't you do softplay but just with a smaller number?

For a 5th birthday our best party involved a canister of helium and a packet of balloons (25€ from Lidl). About 10 -15 guests, including siblings. We left them in the living room to play with balloons for an hour. Then fed them cake and turned them out in the garden to play musical bumps. By that time the parents were beginning to arrive to pick them up. It was awesome - so simple, so cheap, and so much fun!

Sounds fun re balloons. I like the idea of a home kne easier and less stressful.

Yes to trampoline Park- did that for my dds 7th wasn't v well organised.

See what some local kids entertainers offer. They'll probs keep them occupied for an hour and the last half an hour can be eating party food.
