Workouts for the lazy

Just wondering if anyone can suggest a basic but effective full body workout- YouTube based etc
Mainly for health purposes but I wouldn't mind toning up! I want something that I can do at home, with minimal to none equipment- the quicker the better!! Complete beginner..

Am I being delusional or is there something out there for me Grin

Google lazy girl workout - there are a series of videos

I means even a 30 minute brisk walk everyday has amazing health benefits. There was a documentary once where they tested it in diabetes patients. It was as affective as a lot of the medication. (Not that you could rely on this if you were dependent on medication). But they tested levels and everything.

Sorry I mean’t look on youtube for “lazy girl workouts”

@woodhill

I like Pahla B, 20-25 mins a day and not too difficult. She is geeky and it's not too difficult
That sounds good

Walk with Rick. He does short and longer videos. I started with the 10-15 minute ones and now I can do 3 of them in a row or the longer ones

I’m so time poor at the moment I’ve started doing a 20 min HIIT session every day, just pick a random one on YouTube to keep it interesting. After a couple of weeks I’m feeling great and I get it done as know it’s only 20 mins!

7 minute workout is good - lots of different exercises but each one is only 30 seconds.

I was hoping there was a magic quick 10 min workout that would be beneficial

You can do 2 tabata sets in 10 minutes. You don't need anything except a timer, there are loads of free timer apps. You do 20 seconds exercise as hard as you can, then 10 seconds rest, times 8. Then have a couple of minutes break and do another set. The exercise can be almost anything that you can do hard for 20 seconds but then need a rest...so it could be marching on the spot, air punches, jumping jacks... whatever is hard work for your level of fitness.
