Cheapest place to live to commute to Fulham outside London

Hi everyone

I am looking to move just outside of London but need to be able to commute to Fulham Broadway/ West Brompton and East Croydon stations easily

We need a 3 bed house, as kids getting older but tiny budget of £350,000

I am willing to move out of London and commute door to door 1hr to the above mentioned stations

I know Kent, Sussex etc are generally cheaper than London but unsure of which stations are easy to commute to and from these area's

Finally, do you know of any diverse areas slightly outside of south London that are affordable and easy to commute to and from daily with my budget?

Sorry - i don't know how I did that - I thought I had read it all (twice) but somehow missed the crucial bit - doh!

Crawley is a bit more diverse and a bit cheaper than the surround areas.

Although ideally you’d be nearer to three bridges station for the commute to east Croydon.

Crawley has 3 bed houses within budget, but not sure if the transport works out?
