I just wanted to know peoples opinions on this. 2020 I was speaking to a guy, had a few dates got on well but in December the same year he randomly deleted me off everything, no explanation as to why or a sorry or anything just woke up to be deleted.
Fast forward to now after all that time and he has re added me and sent me a message of long time no speak etc, acting as if nothing happened. Wwyd?

Just completely ignore him, you’re worth more than being someone’s booty call.

Suspect he blocked you because he was dating someone else and has now got in touch with you because she’s dumped him (and who could blame her for that, he’s a tool). Definitely don’t resume contact with him!

I think hes become single, bored, very bored to be looking up old contacts... sorry not trying to be rude to you, but it’s his actions say this. You are probably one of a few he has contacted.

I’d reply along the lines of:

Ah, single and bored are you? Well hopefully one of the others you have messaged will be more interested than me. I’m happily not that bored or desperate to be interested in someone who completely blanked me a couple of years ago! Now off you fxxx.

He met someone else in 2020 and now they have broken up. He will have texted everyone in his phone saved as "Sarah Tinder" or "Katie POF" looking for a shag.

Ignore, delete, block.

As others have said, anyone who drops you for months and then reappears on the scene does not value you and does not have your best interests at heart. Block, delete, move on.

Personally I would it most satisfying to reply that I was happily in a serious relationship and had no interest in meeting up!

You could reply you have also had time to reflect and evaluate things, and have come to the conclusion he is a gutless twat.
