2 year old won't sleep until 9-10 pm

Gets up at 8. Sleeps at lunch in nursery for about an hour to an hour and a half. Is up again by 2pm. Unless they're making it up and she sleeps all day there..

Any advice ?

Mine dropped the daytime nap at 2. Had a few weeks of forcing her to stay awake post 4pm (no pushchair !)

My youngest dropped their nap at 22 months. If he slept he wouldn't go to sleep until we'll after 9/10pm as you describe.
My other children also stopped napping certainly before 2 1/2. It varies from child to child.
