Most of us have gone through break-ups, what is this ONE thing/method that helped you survive a bad break-up.

For me, it is exercise. Of course, my best friend dragged me out of bed and forced me to sign up.

Please share your tips/advices so other people can benefit from your experience - this winter is hard enough for many of us.

Watching TV series, both old and new ones, nothing with romance in! I binged on The Good Wife, Alicia is a great role model for the wronged wife getting her act together 😁 I also went through a weird phase of watching all the soaps again, something I hadn’t done since I was at school… comfort watching I guess!

Also booze and fags played a big part… I would never recommend taking up smoking and I’ve quit now but at the time it was a big crutch… again maybe because it reminded me of my younger, single self.

Write a long letter to them, pour all
your angst into it. Every day add to it, revise it, refine it. It's the only time you can have the angst, writing the letter.

You'll be so sick of it after weeks of this you'll be glad to get shot of it.

Don't send it, print it and put it somewhere safe. Months later you'll come across it and think wow, I've come so far! 😊

Change job. It really works.... no coasting, have to make an effort in a good way, also meeting new people and new challenges so zero time available to dwell on useless ex.
